Mental Health Services

Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA)-  This is the portal of entry into any of our Mental Health/Substance Use services.  The CCA is a thorough face-to-face evaluation by a licensed clinician to ensure that medically necessary, least restrictive, and evidence-based treatment recommendations are made for each individual.

Outpatient Therapy Services (OPT)- Individual, group and family therapy with one of our licensed clinicians.  This service is typically delivered once per week and can take place in the home, office or community.

School-based Therapy Services- We currently partner with two counties in North Carolina providing innovative school-based services to students with emotional and behavioral needs which adversely impact academic performance.

Day Treatment- Serves adolescents and children who are not being successful in their regular school setting due to behavioral/emotional difficulties. It integrates individualized education with therapeutic treatment for youth.

Intensive In Home Services (IIH)-  A time-limited (6 months or less), family-focused intervention for youth between the ages of 3 and 20 years, intended to stabilize current living arrangements, promote reunification, or prevent the use of out-of-home therapeutic placements (e.g., psychiatric hospital, therapeutic foster care, residential treatment facility)

Residential Level III- Treatment is provided in a structured residential program setting where staff are present and available at all times of the day, including overnight awake. A minimum of one staff is required per four consumers at all times.  Services are individualized, intensive, and the structure of daily living is designed to minimize the occurrence of behaviors related to functional deficits, to ensure safety and contain less than helpful behaviors including intensive and frequent crisis management to maintain optimum level of functioning for each adolescent.

PsychoSocial Rehabilitation (PSR)- A service designed to assist individuals with managing their mental illness and restore functioning in all life domains.  Our program is designed to offer individuals a wide range of educational, social and psychotherapeutic experiences, enhance coping skills and to build vocational skills and abilities.
